HOW DO CODES WORK?
At checkout, enter the code you received from your hosts in the box labeled “FREE GIFT CODE” on the right side of the page and hit “Apply”. Please note that codes can only be used once per customer. Please do not enter your credit card information into PayPal.
CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please use a physical address to ensure you receive your gift promptly.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY GIFT?
Your gift should arrive in 3-4 weeks.
WILL I GET A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number in an email to the email address you provide at checkout.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY GIFT?
We can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If you receive a gift that is defective or damaged, please contact us.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ORDER?
Your code will expire on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
